Is there a way with stunnel for a client to connect to a server (hopping a firewall), forming a secured SSL/TCP connection, that will allow the server to connect back to the client machine over that tunnel?

So far, all I've read is that stunnel only allows connections to start on the client and connect down stream (through the tunnel) to the server. I need to reverse this pattern.
