It works well for me, you should install stunnel to a non-default folder in your root directory called C:\stunnel. If it still complains about permissions then change permissions on the folder to allow write access to your user. Right click on your c:\stunnel folder and select properties. Then click the Security Tab. Click edit and then click add. Type in your profile name and click find and OK. Then select the full control checkbox in the options list for your user profile. Click OK until your are out. Try and edit your stunnel.conf now.
