[stunnel-users] Re: stunnel application in windows 2016 server

Hi, in stunnel->Configuration->Reload Configuration, what is this option used for ? And also when i tried to reload i keep getting message "stunnel server is down due to an error" I have no idea where to see the error logs. Please guide.
