[stunnel-users] how to sign each pem file with the local CA

I am trying to setup stunnel to encrypt syslog-ng logs, but all the tutorials that I have found tell me to sign each pem file with the local CA I have tried to find out how in the stunnel archives but have had no luck. Can anyone help me? Thanks
