You should stop and uninstall stunnel service first. 8-) AFAIK it's also possible to remove a service from Control Panel/Services.

There doesn't appear to be any Services option under Control Panel on my system (WinXp Home SP2)
To get to the Services:
click on Start right click on My Computer click on Manage expand Services and Applications click on Services
