I installed Stunnel4 via apt-get install command. The version you installed for me is old (5.44), I have tried updating it via apt-get update but there are no updated packages in Ubuntu 18.04. Is there a way to update it and keep it working as a service like before? Attached screenshot with linux, stunnel and openssl versions. Any other additional data you need to provide just ask me. You could ask the Ubuntu maintainers of stunnel4 to backport version 5.56 that is now in the focal Ubuntu distribution to bionic so that you can use the bionic-backports repository to install it. I could try to backport it and put it in an unofficial repository of mine, but it might be better if it is done by the actual Ubuntu maintainers; take a look at https://help.ubuntu.com/community/UbuntuBackports#Requesting_New_Backports Hope that helps; let me know if you'd like me to build an unofficial backport anyway.
