Stunnel is not the right tool for this job. You need a more powerful tool for that kind of proxying: squid, apache or nginx will do.

When I only use xxx.mywebsite.com:443 it works. However, below three url gives TCP error (Unknown TCP service)

My proxy connection requires to translate to the directory path of the domain.
