stunnel use NSIS as installer and it is possible to use /S switch to run silent install However, even in this mode, openssl configuration tools is executed and prompt for certificate informations.
I think that executign this tools should be skip in silent mode

I agree. Building the default certificate should be skipped in the silent mode. Please try: ftp://ftp.stunnel.org/stunnel/stunnel-4.42b3-installer.exe
