AFAIK, there is no option to customise the components when you do a silent install. You get all components. If someone knows better, let me know.

Application is installing silently by using /S.
While installing the application we found these customizations. And I am attaching the snapshots.

Stunnel uses an NSIS based installer. Try using /S instead of -quiet.
-quiet is a switch for stunnel.exe, not for the installer and is used to configure stunnel as a service.
