instruction line per conf file enough?
Does is mean all instructions in current .conf file belong to a client configuration or does it mean only the following command (=lines below) are intended for client usage?

While I've seen cases where users attempt to use it globally, in the Stunnel manual it's listed as a service-level option. As such, best to include a "client = yes" in every service section unless you want to create a server.
