Stunnel uses an NSIS based installer. Try using /S instead of -quiet.

-quiet is a switch for stunnel.exe, not for the installer and is used to configure stunnel as a service.

We are trying to install the application silently, we found -quiet as silent switch for this application. But that is not installing the application silently.
