Can anyone point me to some documentation on how to use mingw to patch and make stunnel? Specifically, I want to apply connect-proxy_dunbar.patch to v4.05 source and compile it. As I am not really a coder (yet) and am not yet very *nix knowledgeable, any help would be much appreciated.

Situation is: I am trying to traverse a MS ISA server (running as a proxy) and the v4.10 stunnel doesn't allow me to specify a proxy to route thru.
