How to install Intermediate certificate on Stunnel

Hi, Can any one help me how to register the Intermediate.cer certificate, which i have obtain from verisign on Stunnel 3.8 i have used openssl 0.9.6 for creation of the certificate on windows NT4.0 Thanks.... Srinivas Yahoo! India Matrimony: Find your life partneronline.

My guess is: openssl x509 -inform DER -in Intermediate.cer -outform PEM -out Intermediate.pem http://www.openssl.org/docs/apps/x509.htm Best regards, Mike
