You can't be serious? I am not about to help you figure out such a simple procedure. When you learn to think for yourself, then come back and try again. Adios!

Well you don't need to be an asshole about it.
It's notable that the user didn't specify OS, how he installed stunnel in the first place (compile, package manager, etc). Those are key pieces of information.
Beyond that you can recommend the online documentation that prescribes how to do this. If it's compiled there's documentation. If it's from the package manager, the short answer is "it will upgrade when you run updates, but only when your distribution packages a new version" and "use your package manager to uninstall the package."
Instead you waste time being a dickhead on a public mailing list. If you were going to take the time to post an e-mail, why not post something useful instead of throwing a stream of insults?

This is why people are turned off to open source. What a great attitude.

At the risk of continuing this useless thread, I would like to point out that the original email did NOT originate from Michael's usual email address.
Anyone that has been on the list for a while would know that such a response from Michael would be highly unlikely.
Trolls happen, the best approach is to ignore them. It's the price of openness, and it's a small price to pay.

ps> The upgrade path of stunnel depends on the OS you have it installed on, version, and a few other variables. You can find a lot of information by searching the mailing list, the stunnel website, or just using Google. If still stuck, post the details of your installation back to the list.

No, no this is useful information. Point still stands, accusation seems misattributed.
I'm not familiar with these people; I can only react to what I see.

Signing your emails with my name and email address just to start a flame war is really pathetic...
You were clever enough to send the email via TOR, but not enough to subscribe the mailing list via TOR. You used the IP address 132.248.58.97, which belongs to Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico. Your network administrators should be able to trace this address back to your workstation.
The headers of the original email messsage are:

He also seems unable to avoid giving the same e-mail address in the faked response:
From: Michal Trojnara odalim29@gmail.com
that already appeared in the original request:
From: magali morales odalim29@gmail.com
The latter seems to have actually been sent through Google, sans TOR:
Received-SPF: Pass (sender SPF authorized) identity=mailfrom; client-ip=74.125.83.48; helo=mail-ee0-f48.google.com; envelope-from=odalim29@gmail.com; receiver=stunnel-users@stunnel.org Received: from mail-ee0-f48.google.com (mail-ee0-f48.google.com [74.125.83.48]) (using TLSv1 with cipher RC4-SHA (128/128 bits)) (No client certificate requested) by linode.mirt.net (Postfix) with ESMTPS id 557541C123 for stunnel-users@stunnel.org; Thu, 25 Oct 2012 20:04:18 +0200 (CEST)
You might want to involve the abuse contacts there, too.
