Hi everybody,
I was just wondering if there are any public examples of widespread Stunnel usage in an enterprise environments? I'm a UNIX admin where I work and we are currently working on trying to find a solution for encrypting all network traffic to and from the UNIX machines (all the clients are using Windows boxes). We are running a variety of services on the boxes including Samba, homegrown services for our 3-tier app, Oracle, DB2 etc... I already have proof of concept setups for every network service that we offer but I think some "real-world examples" would go a long to convince my boss (and the Windows admins) that Stunnel is a viable option for us.
Thank you in advance, Claus

I'll be glad to put some success stories on stunnel web page. Most of the stunnel improvement during the last years were oriented towards stability and scalability. I've heard about production environments servicing thousands of concurrents sessions.
Best regards, Mike
