stunnel 5.19 works fine, when upgrading to stunnel 5.21 with the same config I get: -- Starting Stunnel Server Proxy... Has the syntax changed to listen on both IPv4/IPv6 ?

It was my mistake. I fixed it in stunnel 5.22: https://www.stunnel.org/downloads.html
