Should be possible if you use NFS version 3 an onward and
configure it to use TCP instad of UDP for transport.
TCP did exist in V3 but was not really optimized but as i
understand it work better in V4

Try the man page in Solaris for nfsd/nfs..;-)
And.. Check if there is any possibility in solaris
to encrypt the datastream instad of using stunnel..
Not that stunnel is bad, just that a native Solaris solution
might be better in your case..
