Sure.  It's in ftp://ftp.mirt.net/stunnel/stunnel-4.15.tar.gz 
(tools/stunnel.nsi file).

BTW: Stunnel is distributed under GPL, so don't forget to distribute
the source!  See section 3 and 4 of the license for details:
