[stunnel-users] Reconfiguration while running

Hello,
  Does Stunnel offer a way to reload the configuration file? Usually that
is done with SIGHUP but the code looks like it just terminates.
  Does it have a way to sense that the conf has changed and reloads it?
  Or must Stunnel be terminated and restarted?
