[stunnel-users] Bugs

I opened a DOS window (run command), changed directory to the folder where stunnel is; typed "stunnel -install", the service is installed; and typed "stunnel -start", then the service is started.
This should be the same thing as clicking
>Start --> Programs --> stunnel --> Service Install
