It's expanded *by default* (at least on my machine) to:
cert = ${prefix}/etc/stunnel/mail.pem
;key = ${prefix}/etc/stunnel/mail.pem
It's fine on Makefile, but it does not work with other files.
You need to specify --sysconfdir explicitly to have correct results.
