Well, ok, I admit I have not reviewed the stunnel code tonight but I can say
that stunnel "probably" use "gethostbyname" to resolve hostnames; so the
solution of your problem is more in your system DNS and default route & gateway
configuration than in stunnel.
under windows check "route print", "ipconfig /all",
under linux check "route" and "resolv.conf".
If you need load balancing, this can be done in your DNS server, for example.
