[stunnel-users] Stunnel 4.32 released

Hi Michal,

Thanks for the new 4.32 version. I tested beta 1 and 2 and everything worked fine on my side.
Should have been released a day after because OpenSSL released a new version (0.9.8n) the same day.
I compiled mine against it on Windows and it works.
