This is true, although I failed to get OpenSSL engine modules running when
compiled with Mingw32 cross-compiler. AFAIR they were built, but OpenSSL
could not load them.
My options seem to be:
1. Spend some more time on Mingw32 build, or use some help of of someone who
was able to get OpenSSL engines compiled and running under Mingw32.
2. Buy a Windows license and install a Windows machine in order to install
MSVC compiler. Then keep this separate development environment in-sync with
any changes in stunnel.
3. Get MSVC running under Wine. I tried it, but the installer didn't work.
