you are doing it wrong.

connect = partnerlogin.advancedmd.com<https://partnerlogin.advancedmd.com/practicemanager/xmlrpc/processrequest.asp>
:443

and then send GET
/practicemanager/xmlrpc/processrequest.asp<https://partnerlogin.advancedmd.com/practicemanager/xmlrpc/processrequest.asp>
to
the local port.
