[stunnel-users] Login log-level when verify=3

The levels are:
0 - EMERG
1 - ALERT
2 - CRIT
3 - ERR
4 - WARNING
5 - NOTICE
6 - INFO
7 - DEBUG

My understanding is that 5 (NOTICE) is the highest level of  
informational logs.  Higher levels are intended to report abnormal  
behaviour (warnings, errors, etc.).
