[stunnel-users] Console-only version for Windows

I need to distribute a portable zip with stunnel and config files,
with a simple .bat for newbie. I can't ask to install/uninstall an NT
service.
Also, i don't think (not sure) STunnel require administrator
privileges on the machine (if binded on port > 1024).
Install/uninstall services require it.
