Both. 8-)
You need to convert your stunnel.conf to UTF-8, as stunnel.conf uses
UTF-8 encoding starting with stunnel 5.04.
You also need to update to stunnel 5.07, as previous versions are
unable to properly handle the UTF-8 byte order mark inserted by most
Windows text editors (including notepad.exe) while saving UTF-8 files.
