[stunnel-users] stunnel used as jump host for SFTP

You can accomplish this in Windows. Just add a  port forwarding rule to S:

netsh interface portproxy add v4tov4 listenport=22 listenaddress=[IP of S]  connectport=22 connectaddress=[IP of R]
